The Bethany Helper's Fund was constituted in January 2011 to assist the support staff in their time of need, namely :
- Assist in the payment of medical bills.
- Support when afflicted by calamities like a tragedy or fire, floods, earthquake etc. And repair of house after inspection.
- Help in payment of school / college fees.
- Assistance given for their own/children's marriage.
